Product Management Specialist

MISSION
As a Product Management Specialist at EMS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our dental product portfolio. This multifaceted position encompasses technical writing responsibilities for on-going and new products as well as an active support for ongoing projects within the product management department. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can navigate between technical documentations and project management tasks.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Writing (60%):
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update technical documentation for dental products, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop user manuals, product specifications, and other technical documents to facilitate effective product use and understanding.
• Work closely with R&D, engineering, and regulatory teams to gather technical information and translate complex concepts into user-friendly documentation.
• Maintain documentation version control and update processes to reflect product enhancements and changes.
Project Support (40%):
• Assist the product management department in the execution of ongoing projects related to dental products.
• Provide support in project planning, coordination, and implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of projects into overall product strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Assist in the development of product launch plans and promotional materials.
PROFILE
• Degree in medical Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Engineering).
• 0-2 years of work experience as a technical writer & project coordination in the medical industry.
• Strong understanding of medical device development processes, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
• Project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge in InDesign & project management tools is a plus.
• Fluent in French, good knowledge of english
