IT Governance Manager (f/m/d) 80 - 100%
Your daily contribution:
- Ensure the effective governance of IT organization, IT operating model, IT processes, and IT performance
- Identify together with the IT Leadership team the IT core processes and secure the proper process documentation and accessibility in the organization, from process implementation to process performance to user adoption
- Develop and implement IT management methods and standards to ensure efficiency and quality in service execution
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements towards IT and ensure their fulfillment
- Secure task execution of financial management, SLA calculation, asset management, charging, tool management and continuous improvement, etc.
- IT KPI Management
- Promote IT as an incubator for Digitalization and support the professionalization of IT services and the outside perception
Your Profile:
- Higher degree in business informatics, engineering or similar
- Proven track record in IT governance, IT Operating Models, and IT process management
- Vast experience in IT KPI Management
- Industry experience is a plus
- Skills to liaison with a broad range of stakeholders
- Fluent in German and proficiency knowledge in English (written and spoken)
